The company’s revenue from operations increased 16% to Rs 869 crore in Q4FY26, from Rs 750 crore in the same quarter in the previous year.Info Edge said that its board had approved a dividend of Rs 3.60 per share for FY26 and fixed Friday, July 24, 2026, as the record date. The dividend will be paid on or after September 2, 2026.Sequentially, Info Edge’s PAT more than doubled from Rs 272 crore, while its revenue rose a little over 6% from Rs 819 crore in the October-December quarter for the previous fiscal.The company’s shares jumped over 3% from Thursday’s closing price to hit the day’s high of Rs 979 on the NSE.Segment highlightsRecruitment business: Naukri, Info Edge’s recruitment business, recorded billings of Rs 811 crore and an operating profit of Rs 340 crore, while the operating profit margin stood at 57.1% in the quarter under review.Cash flow from operations came in at Rs 619 crore, up 16% from the year-ago period.Real estate: For the real estate business, which operates under the 99acres brand, Info Edge reported billings of Rs 163 crore, 1.9% more than the year-ago period. The company said it recorded a Rs 3 crore operating profit against a Rs 15 crore loss in the corresponding quarter of FY25.While billings saw a minor increase, the company’s revenue from operations jumped 36% to Rs 144 crore.Matrimony: Info Edge’s matrimony vertical comprising Jeevansathi.com and Aisle reported 22% growth in fourth quarter billings, at Rs 49 crore, while its operating revenue rose 21% to Rs 46 crore. However, the matrimony business continued to bleed, with losses staying flat at Rs 7 crore.Education: The Shiksha vertical recorded a 13% YoY decrease in billings, at Rs 45 crore, even as the company’s revenue from operations rose 11% to Rs 44 crore.
