Liverpool manager Arne Slot has refused to confirm whether Mohamed Salah will make what could be his final appearance at Anfield when Liverpool host Brentford F.C. on Sunday.
Salah, who is set to leave Liverpool this summer after nine years at the club, sparked controversy last weekend after calling on the Reds to change their style of play in comments widely seen as criticism of Slot’s football philosophy.
Speaking ahead of the crucial Premier League clash, Slot declined to reveal whether the Egypt forward would be involved.
As reported by BBC Sport on Friday, Slot was quoted as saying, “I never say anything about team selection.” Slot said when asked if Salah would feature against Brentford.
