MOSCOW, May 22. /TASS/. The Ukrainian army deliberately targeted a college dormitory in Starobelsk with four fixed-wing UAVs, Russian Investigative Committee Spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko said.
"In the early hours of May 22, Ukrainian troops used four fixed-wing drones to carry out a targeted strike on the administrative buildings and dormitory of the Starobelsk college," she said.
According to the Investigative Committee, 86 students and one staff member were in the dormitory at the time of the attack.
"As a result, the five-story building collapsed down to the second floor. Several people are believed to be trapped under the rubble. The number of fatalities and injuries is still being determined," Petrenko stated.
