As Nigeria’s construction sector continues to evolve, industry players are intensifying calls for improved material quality and modern plumbing systems.

This was evident in Lagos during a recent gathering of construction professionals, where Kazeem Royal Properties and Constructions Ltd. emphasised the need for durable and technology-driven plumbing solutions.

The event coincided with the inauguration of the newly elected executives of the Association of Professional Plumbers of Nigeria and brought together stakeholders across the construction and plumbing value chain. Discussions focused on how innovation and professional standards can improve building quality and public health outcomes nationwide.

Speaking on behalf of the company, Chief Operating Officer Basorun Babayeju said the quality of plumbing materials used in construction significantly affects the safety and lifespan of buildings.

He noted that many structural and water-related failures are linked to the use of substandard products. Related News ADFD reports progress on Nigeria road projects, others Expert blames fraud, poor records for property investment decline UNIBEN unveils N100bn fund for infrastructure development
