May 21 (UPI) -- The Detroit Lions signed All-Pro linebacker Jack Campbell to a four-year contract extension, they announced Thursday.

Terms of the pact were not disclosed. Campbell, the No. 18 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, was entering the final year of his rookie contract. He is now under contract with the Lions through 2030.

"I just wanted to let you guys know, I signed my extension," Campbell said in a video posted Thursday on the Lions' social media platforms. "I'm excited to be back. I'm excited to be here long term. Now it's time to go win a Super Bowl."

Campbell did not miss a game through his first three seasons. He started all 34 games for the Lions over the last two years. The former Iowa Hawkeyes star totaled a career-high and NFC-best 176 combined tackles, with nine tackles for a loss and five sacks last season.
