adsUba Sani, the executive Governor of Kaduna State, has approved the sum of one billion naira for the Kaduna State Judiciary Workers’ entitlements.
The Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria has, in recent years, pressed for improved welfare, financial autonomy and payment of outstanding entitlements for judiciary workers across states.
Receiving the leadership of JUSUN led by its state chairman, Auwalu Sarki, during a courtesy visit in Kaduna, Uba Sani said the intervention aimed at addressing long-standing welfare concerns in the judicial sector and strengthening industrial harmony within the state judiciary.

According to him, the approved payments cover two months of unpaid salaries for April and May 2021 inherited from the previous administration, leave grants for 2023, 2024 and 2025, as well as robe and outfit allowances for judiciary workers.
