‘Into the Deep Blue’: First Look at ‘Maxton Hall’ Star Damian Hardung and ‘Ginny & Georgia’s’ Sara Waisglass (Exclusive)

The Hollywood Reporter can reveal an exclusive first look (above) at YA romance Into the Deep Blue, with Maxton Hall star Damian Hardung and Ginny & Georgia‘s Sara Waisglass.

Also starring in the Constantin Film production from director Jonathan Wright are Erika Prevost (The Boys), Luke Macfarlane (Platonic), Samantha Brown (From), Bryce Winter (The Handmaid’s Tale) and Colm Feore (Landman).

North.five.six handles worldwide sales at Cannes, with production recently wrapping in Canada. Constantin Film is executive producing and is a financier on the film.

Written by Jennifer Archer, based on her debut novel of the same name, Into the Deep Blue follows best friends Nick and Fiona. Bonded by loss, they find their relationship tested on a weekend road trip that forces them to choose between the safety of their friendship and the vulnerability of falling in love. Archer’s screenplay for the project earned her the 2022 Nicholl Fellowship from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
