Rassie Erasmus is happy with the goals achieved with over 60 players who attended the two Springboks Alignment Camps.

Springbok coach Rassie Erasmus is satisfied that the necessary building blocks are in place for the international season as the team wrapped up their second and final alignment camp on Thursday before their on-field preparations begin in June.

The Boks kick off with a friendly against the Barbarians on June 20 before the busy July of Nations Championship fixtures.

The camp, which started in Cape Town on Tuesday, included a series of boardroom sessions presented by the coaches to ensure that the players are aligned on the structures, as well as a gym session before wrapping things up with a visit to SARU House on Thursday.

“Every year after an alignment camp, we say we are happy with where we are currently, but I guess it will only be clear when we start playing,” said Erasmus.
