Russian forces on May 20 launched drone strikes on the Chuhuiv community in the Kharkiv region, damaging infrastructure and injuring a civilian.
Chuhuiv Mayor Halyna Minaieva said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
She said that two UAV strikes hit the community – one in central Chuhuiv and another targeting an infrastructure facility in the village of Kamiana Yaruha.
Minaieva later said that according to preliminary information, the strike in central Chuhuiv damaged an administrative building, commercial property and two apartment blocks. Windows were shattered and roofs damaged, though no immediate reports of injuries were received there.
The strike in Kamiana Yaruha sparked a fire, with emergency services deployed to both impact sites to assess the extent of the destruction.
