The 2026 Shanghai International Carbon Neutrality Expo in Technologies, Products and Achievements will be held from June 10 to 12, the municipal government announced during a press briefing on Wednesday.

Now in its fourth edition, the expo will cover an area of 40,000 square meters with almost 300 enterprises attending.

The exhibition will focus on the themes of energy transition, low-carbon transportation, energy efficiency enhancement, circular economy, low-carbon services and practical exploration.

It will also demonstrate a series of forward-looking and innovative products and technologies related to green fuels, energy-saving equipment and biomass materials.

This year's expo will inaugurate a guest province of honor, with the Inner Mongolia autonomous region serving as the first of its kind. The province will showcase its best practices in green power trading and clean energy development.
