Paramount Insurance PLC has declared a 10 percent cash dividend for the year that ended on December 31, 2025.The announcement was made at the company’s 27th annual general meeting (AGM), which was held virtually recently, according to a press release.Shakhawat Hossain, chairman of the non-life insurer, presided over the meeting as the chief guest.Shareholders unanimously approved the dividend along with other key agenda items at the AGM.Anita Haque, vice-chairman of the insurer, and Anita Das, director, along with other directors and senior officials, were also present.
