But now Ms Hajdini, 37, has now filed a defamation lawsuit against the employee, and accused him of fabricating his claims.The defamation suit was reportedly submitted to the New York State Supreme Court on Tuesday and contained a long list of allegations against the ex-banker. The lawsuit said: "These allegations are entirely false, malicious, and fabricated, and were concocted for the improper purpose of personal enrichment at the expense of defendants and others."Lawyers for the JPMorgan executive slammed the ex-employee for "peddling his lies that Ms. Hajdini was a racist, sexual predator". They also claimed he aimed "destroy her reputation for leverage to extort millions of dollars" from Hajdini and JPMorgan, according to the New York Post.The lawsuit also claimed the man had previously made up allegations of sexual misconduct at a previous job. The court filings said: "Plaintiff made up eerily similar fabricated allegations of sexual misconduct against a supervisor at a prior place of employment."It added that Hajdini wanted to "vindicate her name, mitigate the substantial damage inflicted upon her, and hold (the) plaintiff accountable for his depraved and unlawful conduct". Her lawyers also claimed the ex-banker's initial explosive lawsuit had been the "culmination of a months-long campaign to smear Ms Hajdini".The initial filing by the former employee, which claimed Ms Hajdini arrived unannounced at his flat and forced him to have sex with her, was withdrawn for "corrections". His suit reappeared in court at the start of May and included what he called new evidence - reportedly including a testimony from an anonymous family friend that he was allegedly invited to have a threesome with the executive.Article continues belowA JPMorgan spokesperson said: "We fully support Lorna and her right to defend herself and protect her reputation. As we have said from the outset, we don’t believe the allegations against her or the firm have merit."This comes after the former staff member was accused of fabricating the sexual harassment claims after an internal investigation concluded there was no evidence of wrongdoing. He previously claimed inappropriate behaviour started in the spring of 2024 and he submitted an internal complaint in May the following year where he alleged race as well as gender-based harassment and abuse of power.He then allegedly attempted to negotiate a payoff that ran into "millions" in order to leave the company, according to the NYP.
