The All Progressives Congress (APC) has released its final list of cleared aspirants for the Rivers State House of Assembly primaries, sidelining several figures linked to Governor Siminalayi Fubara in what party insiders describe as a decisive consolidation of influence ahead of the 2027 political cycle.
