MANILA, Philippines — More than 10 Senate personnel who were subpoenaed over the shooting incident last week, have not appeared so far, according to the Philippine National Police – Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP – CIDG) on Wednesday.
CIDG personnel reportedly served the subpoena to Senate staff on Tuesday afternoon.
Asked how many Senate personnel were the subject of the subpoena, CIDG Director Maj. Gen. Robert Alexander Morico II told reporters in Camp Crame, “more than 10.”
