Arsenal F.C. have been crowned champions of the English Premier League, EPL for the first time since their famous “Invincibles” campaign under Arsène Wenger in the 2003/04 season.

The North London club sealed the 2025/26 league title on Tuesday after closest challengers Manchester City F.C. were held to a 1-1 draw by AFC Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.

Mikel Arteta’s side had done their part a day earlier with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Burnley F.C.. The result moved Arsenal four points clear at the top with one game remaining, making it mathematically impossible for City to catch them.

After finishing as runners-up in each of the previous three seasons, Arsenal finally broke through with a campaign built on defensive solidity and efficiency in key moments. The partnership of William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhães anchored the back line, while goalkeeper David Raya kept 19 clean sheets to claim a third consecutive Golden Glove award.
