Quantum eMotion and JMEM TEK signed a consortium agreement to jointly develop a quantum-resilient semiconductor security platform.
The collaboration combines Quantum eMotion’s quantum entropy technology with JMEM’s secure semiconductor and post-quantum cryptography capabilities.
The project includes development of a Universal Security system-on-chip platform, PCIe hardware, cryptographic APIs, and compliance-focused security infrastructure through 2027.

The agreement builds on the memorandum of understanding entered into in September 2025 and advances the parties’ collaborative R&D initiative under the Canada–Taiwan 2024–25 Collaborative R&D Program (CIIP).
