One of Russia’s largest transportation and logistics enterprises, FESCO, is exploring the expansion of its commercial operations within Tanzania.
The Russian logistics company is advancing plans to establish a new connection to Tanzania as part of its ongoing global expansion.
This feat seems to be a component of the company's larger plan to increase its presence in Africa.
Last week, it was reported that FESCO had completed its first container shipment to Tanzania's Dar es Salaam port, marking a new milestone in Moscow's expanding economic presence in East Africa.
“Dar es Salaam is one of the fastest-growing container ports in the world,” Alexey Kravchenko, executive director of FESCO Integrated Transport, said in a statement.
