A top US admiral said Tuesday that the war against Iran derailed Tehran’s strategy that was 47 years in the making.
“Since 1979, the Iranian regime has terrorized the region. Its network of proxies exploited openings wherever found, undermining neighboring governments and exporting its unique brand of state-sponsored terror,” US Central Command (CENTCOM) Adm. Brad Cooper said.
