The residents made the claims during a visit by SaharaReporters on Tuesday, following recent school abductions in the area, which have heightened tension and fear across surrounding communities.

Speaking, the Baale of Esiele (Local traditional ruler), Alhaji Tajudeen Abioye, said the community has long been under repeated attacks targeted mainly at farmers on their farmlands.
