ANTWERP, May 19 () - ASML expects to see the first products created on the company's new High-NA machines within months, the chief executive of the world's top computer chip equipment maker, Christophe Fouquet, said on Tuesday.Speaking at a conference in Belgium, Fouquet said he expects the tool will bring down costs for patterning, or creating the circuitry of chips, for both logic and memory applications.
