He brings over two decades of experience across business leadership, management consulting and enterprise transformation to the table.Most recently, Kumar served as group CEO and executive director at Symphony, where he led the company’s overall P&L growth, supply chain restructuring, and large-scale digital adoption across the organisation over nearly five years.Before Symphony, Kumar held senior roles at KPMG India, EY, and PwC across domains such as consumer durables, automotive, chemicals, steel, FMCG, and diversified industrials, advising enterprises on operations improvement, procurement, manufacturing, and business transformation.Kumar began his career with GE Aircraft Engines in their new-product development team.
