An Equinix-occupied data center in California has changed landlords.
Citing Santa Clara County property records, BizJournal and Mercury News report Brookfield acquired 255 Caspian Drive in Sunnyvale from DivcoWest for $90.3 million.

Local real estate firm DivcoWest purchased the 120,000 sq ft (11,150 sqm) building in 2021 for $50m, according to county records.
Equinix occupies the facility, listing it as its SV4 facility. The single-story building features 67,620 sq ft (6,280 sqm) of colocation space. An online case study suggests it offers 8MW.
