MANILA – The Philippines’ fuel inventory dipped slightly from the previous week, but Energy Secretary Sharon Garin on Monday assured the public that the country’s supply remains stable and far from critical levels amid continued volatility in global oil markets.

Speaking at a press conference, Garin said the country’s total fuel inventory as of May 15 was sufficient for 45.33 days based on current consumption levels.

She noted that the country’s daily average fuel demand stands at 78,080.13 liters.
