MANILA, Philippines – Two party-list lawmakers resigned from the House of Representatives on Monday, the latest exit from the lower chamber following the departure of a congressman linked to a multibillion-peso flood control scandal.

At a plenary session, Zamboanga del Sur Rep. Jeyzel Victoria Yu told the floor that the chamber had received the resignation letters of 1Tahanan party-list Rep. Nathaniel Oducado and Pinoy Workers party-list Rep. Franz Vincent Legazpi, and moved that they be stricken off from the roll of House members.

A copy of their resignation letters was not immediately available.
