Taxi boss, Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni and his co-accused Mvimbi Daniel Masilela and Philemon Msiza will appear again at the Kwaggafontein Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
Mpumalanga taxi boss, Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni, and his three co-accused are expected to apply for bail in the Kwaggafontein Magistrate's Court on Monday.
Sibanyoni, Pretoria-based taxi boss, Bafana Sindane, Mvimbi Daniel Masilela, and Philemon Msiza, spent the weekend behind bars after the matter was postponed.
Sindane handed himself over to the police on Friday. He surrendered to authorities with his legal representatives before being formally added to the growing criminal matter.
The group faces charges of extortion and money laundering.
