MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero is said to be returning as Senate president, according to multiple sources, as talks of another leadership change loomed on Monday.
Speaking on condition of anonymity, a senator disclosed that the number needed to replace Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano has already been reached.
