According to the post, the facility originally designated for Bende Secondary Grammar School was allegedly relocated to Ọnụ Inyang along the Bende–Ohafia Expressway.

A civic technology organisation, Monitoring for Integrity in Nigeria (MonITNG), has raised concerns over the implementation of a constituency project linked to the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu, calling for investigations by anti-graft agencies.

In a post on X, MonITNG directed attention to the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), alleging irregularities in a project earmarked for Bende Secondary Grammar School, Abia State.

The organisation said records on govspend.comindicate that ₦265.3 million was disbursed in December 2025 to Muslac Techno Company Limited for the construction of a conference and e-learning facility captured under the 2024 federal budget.

However, MonITNG claimed that findings from a field visit by the Tracka team showed the project may not have been implemented as expected.
