The company also disclosed remuneration for COO Aarthi Subramanian and CFO Samir Seksaria, alongside Rs 1,388 crore in restructuring expenses for organizational transformation.ETtechTata Consultancy Services CEO & MD K Krithivasan received over Rs 28 crore in remuneration in FY26, according to the company’s latest annual report, with his pay rising 6.3% year-on-year and standing at 332.8 times the median employee remuneration.The FY26 remuneration disclosures showed Krithivasan earned Rs 167.6 lakh as salary, Rs 143.7 lakh in benefits and allowances, and Rs 25 crore in commission during the fiscal year.The annual report also disclosed that newly appointed executive director & chief operating officer (COO) Aarthi Subramanian received Rs 15 crore in commission, along with Rs 150.9 lakh in salary and Rs 183.3 lakh in benefits and allowances. Subramanian assumed the role effective May 1, 2025.Meanwhile, chief financial officer (CFO) Samir Seksaria’s remuneration ratio stood at 90.6 times the median employee pay, with his remuneration increasing 5.4% during FY26.TCS said managerial remuneration is decided by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee based on individual performance, company performance and prevailing market trends.The report further stated that non-executive directors are paid sitting fees of Rs 30,000 per meeting, while chairman N Chandrasekaran abstained from receiving commission from the company.The IT giant reported a total workforce of 5.84 lakh employees in FY26 while disclosing Rs 1,388 crore in restructuring expenses as part of a “future-ready” organisational transformation and reskilling programme.The company said its total employee headcount stood at 584,519 at the end of FY26, including 378,969 male employees and 205,550 female employees. TCS also added more than 44,000 freshers during the fiscal year and hired over 750 employees with deep advisory and consulting expertise.Employee benefit expenses rose to Rs 1.55 lakh crore in FY26 from Rs 1.46 lakh crore in FY25, the filing showed.It reported a 12% year-on-year (YoY) growth in its consolidated net profit, which stood at Rs 13,718 crore in the fourth quarter.
