Australian data center operator NextDC has brought KL1, its data center near Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, online.
Located at Seksyen 51a in the city of Petaling Jaya, west of Kuala Lumpur, this is the company’s first international data center.

Although it is set to offer 65MW of capacity at completion, it is unclear how much capacity has been made available.
A promotional video on NextDC’s website states that the data center will be built in five phases, with the first phase offering 15MW of capacity.
