Two people have been killed when a small plane crashed into a US home with a family inside — sparking a massive inferno, according to authorities and reports.
The Piper PA-28 with two people on-board plummeted into a house in Akron, Ohio, around 3.45pm on Thursday, US time, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
The two unidentified people on board the plane, which took off from Akron Fulton Airport, died in the fiery crash, officials said.
The impact caused the house to burst into flames while a family of four remained inside, according to the Akron Fire Department.
