Yes it did just raise the price on these models across the lineup, and yes you can still score the old MSRPs from sites like Best Buy, but at $350 off we are looking at deals undercutting the recent offers from there anyway:
While the MSRPs on these models have gone up $100, Samsung is also now offering deal prices at $100 less than the discounts we featured at Best Buy recently. Amazon, for the record, does not carry the S11 Ultra in any official capacity.
