May 15 (UPI) -- Gracie Abrams is back with new music.

The singer-songwriter, 26, released a single and music video for the song "Hit the Wall" on Thursday.

The "Hit the Wall" video shows Abrams be examined by doctors and pose in front of a burning tree as she sings about her personal struggles impacting a relationship.

"I wanna be stable, but I do cave / I use when I'm able, I downgrade / I barely deserve it if you do stay / I wish you would anyway," she sings.
