May 15 (UPI) -- The Academy of Country Music Awards will return Sunday in Las Vegas.
The 61st annual ceremony will be held at MGM Grand Garden Arena and stream on Prime Video.
Shania Twain will host the ACM Awards for the first time. Performers will include Ella Langley, the Red Clay Strays, Kacey Musgraves and Lainey Wilson, with Keith Urban, Shaboozey, Ashley McBryde and other stars to present awards.
The Academy of Country Music presents the ACM Awards to honor achievements in country music. Megan Moroney leads this year's nominees with nine nominations, followed by Miranda Lambert with eight.
