Saudi Arabia’s Taibah University has started a programme for new researchers. It is a voluntary initiative which hoped to attract outstanding Saudi and resident researchers. The Saudi Press Agency says the programme concentrates on health, energy, industry, artificial intelligence, genetic sciences, and other basic and applied sciences. It wants to increase researchers’ contributions to priority development issues.
The programme provides hands-on training under faculty supervision, helps to develop research and innovation , and increase scientific output through collaboration with the university’s research centres and laboratories. It also offers opportunities to build academic and research networks with specialist researchers and scientific teams. The university invites those who are interested to apply through its online portal before the June 1 deadline.
