Foreign Minister of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha is travelling to Moldova on 14 May for bilateral meetings and to participate in the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe session – where the special tribunal on Russian aggression is to be officially launched.

Details: During the visit, Sybiha will participate in the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe session. It is expected that over 30 states will approve the Enlarged Partial Agreement on the Steering Committee of the Special Tribunal on the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine. This agreement will give the tribunal a legal start to its operations.
Other Committee decisions in support of Ukraine are also expected.
