Unguja. Chairpersons from 11 ACT-Wazalendo regions in Zanzibar have declared support for resolutions issued by the party’s Central Committee regarding the report of the Judge Chande Commission, which investigated the October 29, 2025 killings.
Speaking on Thursday, May 14, 2026, Mkoa Chairman, Mr Haji Dude Haji, told journalists that on behalf of the 11 regional chairpersons in Zanzibar, the statement had been issued collectively.
