MOSCOW, May 15. /TASS/. Over 700 Ukrainian militants have been handed severe sentences since the start of Russia’s special military operation, including 24 sentenced to life, Head of the Russian Military Investigative Directorate Konstantin Korpusov told TASS.
"As a result of our work, over 700 Nazi criminals were sentenced to severe punishments, including 24, who were sentenced to life, while the rest were sentenced to between 16 and 25 years in prison," Korpusov said.
According to earlier reports, Russian military investigators initiated over 2,000 criminal cases against representatives of the armed formations of Ukraine.
