This was reported on Facebook by Serhii Beskrestnov (callsign “Flash”), advisor to the Minister of Defense, according to Ukrinform.
“We have survived one of the most difficult attacks in recent times... We successfully withstood an attempt to overload air defense with UAVs. More than 1,500 per day. Nothing like this has ever happened in the world,” Flash emphasized.
He also noted that about 95% of UAVs were shot down or neutralized, calling it a “fantastic result.” “A low bow to all military personnel of all branches and volunteer formations who defended us,” he added.
