New Delhi: Realty firm Signature Global is targeting 21 per cent growth in its sales bookings during this fiscal to Rs 10,000 crore, despite slow demand in Gurugram residential market.In its latest investors presentation uploaded on Wednesday on stock exchanges, Signature Global has given an annual sales guidance of Rs 10,000 crore for the current 2026-27 financial year.During the 2025-26 fiscal, the company's sales bookings fell 20 per cent to Rs 8,250 crore from a record Rs 10,290 crore in the preceding year. The company sold 2,114 homes in the last fiscal, almost half of the 4,130 units in the preceding year.During FY26, the company's average sales realisation increased to Rs 15,250 per sq ft from Rs 12,457 per sq ft in FY25, driven by higher volumes in the premium segment and sales price increase across key regions.Signature Global had attributed the fall in its sales bookings to "softer market environment" in Gurugram after a sharp rally in housing sales during the 2022-24 period.To meet the sales bookings guidance, the company has residential units in its ongoing projects and it also has a strong launch pipeline for this fiscal.In April, Signature Global tied up with Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini to develop a luxury housing project in Gurugram with an investment of nearly Rs 2,900 crore.On Wednesday, Signature Global reported a multi-fold jump in its consolidated net profit to Rs 1,094.64 crore last fiscal from Rs 101.2 crore in the preceding year.Its total income rose to Rs 2,778.85 crore in FY26 from Rs 2,637.99 crore in 2024-25.Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, Chairman of Signature Global, said, "FY26 has been a year of steady progress, marked by healthy operational performance and continued balance sheet strengthening. Strong sales realisations and robust collections reflect sustained customer confidence and demand across our key markets."During the last fiscal, he said the company expanded its growth horizon through entry into the commercial real estate segment via a strategic joint venture. The company has partnered with Bengaluru-based RMZ group to develop a commercial project in Gurugram, Haryana.Signature Global, one of the leading real estate developers in the country, has delivered 17.9 million sq ft of real estate since inception.
