The online dating giant OKCupid launched its Hebrew version on Monday, with local personalization aimed at attracting more of the Israeli audience nationwide, the company announced.

This new feature will include a variety of personalization questions to help find a match for all types of lifestyles users follow.

“Some of the new questions will also include a focused reference to the users' lifestyle, and will help them find potential partners who are similar to them in terms of tradition, daily life, and religious preferences,” the company said in a statement.

"This move is another statement of confidence from OkCupid in the Israeli market. Israel is a unique and content-rich market, with a culture and language that make it unique, and it was important for us to bring them into the user experience," said Michael Kay, Director of Branding and Communications at OkCupid.

"Our goal is to bring our Israeli users a more accurate and tailored dating experience that will allow them to present themselves in the most authentic and honest way," he added.
