Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) and Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser) return in Taylor Sheridan's highly anticipated "Yellowstone" spinoff, "Dutton Ranch,". The series will premiere with two episodes on Paramount+ on May 15 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

"Dutton Ranch" follows Beth and Rip as they leave Montana behind and start a new life running their own ranch in Texas. Rival ranch owner Beulah Jackson (Annette Bening) and her family won’t make things easy, but Rip and Beth remain one of the toughest couples on television."

Rip is also wildly creative in his killing methods. He uses everything from a frying pan to a fork in a microwave in his righteous executions, often disposing of the bodies in the infamous "Train Station" (actually a rural canyon).

Here's how Beth and Rip have dealt with troublemaking foes, one dastardly family member and a bear in their "Yellowstone" past.

The Yellowstone universe includes several spinoffs that explore the Dutton family's legacy across different generations. "1883" is a prequel about the Dutton ancestors' journey to Montana during westward expansion. "1923" follows a new generation in the early 20th century facing challenges like Prohibition and economic turmoil. Upcoming projects "1944" and "6666" shift to modern Texas ranch life, broadening the portrayal of cowboy culture. Here's a timeline of when each "Yellowstone" series was released:
