A man pleaded guilty to more than 100 charges including murder and attempted murder linked to a deadly firebomb attack on a Colorado rally in support of Israeli hostages.

Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 46, was charged with 184 state counts in connection with the June 1, 2025 attack. Judge Nancy Woodruff Salomone said May 7 Soliman faced 101 "substantive" charges and 68 sentence enhancer counts related to violent crimes.

Soliman spoke briefly in court through an Arabic interpreter to plead guilty to all the charges read aloud by Salomone. The most serious charges come with a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole. Soliman will be sentenced May 7.

Meanwhile, he also faces federal charges in a case where the death penalty is still a possibility.

Soliman's intention to plead guilty in state court was revealed on May 3 when his attorneys filed an emergency petition in the separate federal case against him. The motion asks a U.S. District Court to prevent his ex-wife and five children from being deported until federal prosecutors decide whether to seek the death penalty.
