May 7 (UPI) -- Former New York Giants quarterback Russell Wilson received an offer from the New York Jets, but is still deciding if he wants to continue playing.

Wilson spoke about the offer during an interview with the New York Post on Wednesday in New York. The 14-year veteran was the Giants' starter through the first three games of 2025, but was benched in favor of rookie Jaxson Dart.

Wilson signed a one-year, $10.5 million deal with the Giants last off-season.

"They offered me," Wilson said of the Jets. "I'm trying to figure out what's the next best thing to do and all that. I still know I can play ball and do that at a high level. But also, I think the opportunity to do TV, too, is great."

Wilson said there are a "lot of great networks," when speaking about his TV broadcasting opportunities. The 10-time Pro Bowl selection completed a career-low 58% of his throws for 831 yards, three scores and three interceptions over six appearances last season.
