If you’ve been bouncing between streaming apps trying to find something actually worth committing to, you’re not alone — and lately, it’s getting harder to excuse the cost. With streaming services steadily raising prices, including Netflix’s price hikes back in 2025 and yet again this past April, streamers are definitely feeling the squeeze. (Don’t get us STARTED on gas prices...)
Don’t let the name fool you: AMC+ hosts way more than just AMC television shows.
Not just for streaming “Mad Men” and “Breaking Bad,” AMC+ bundles together content from AMC, BBC America, Shudder and SundanceTV. It hosts exclusive movies like “Whistle” and “Zodiac Killer Project,” though most recently, it’s been heavily pushing its television originals, including shows from Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe and The Walking Dead Universe. (This current promotion is to push the network’s newest television show, “The Audacity.”)
AMC+ is home to a mix of buzzy originals and prestige TV favorites that have shaped the network’s reputation over the years. Subscribers can dive into newer hits like “Dark Winds,” “Interview With the Vampire” (my personal favorite!) and “Gangs of London,” — alongside classics like “Mad Men” and the ever-expanding “The Walking Dead” universe.
