Bryan Johnson isn't afraid of TMI. He's shared his blood panels, sleep scores, HIIT workout protocol, heart rate, muscle oxygen saturation and myriad intricate biomarkers. Last week, at the end of April, the longevity advocate took it a step further and decided to post his girlfriend's vaginal microbiome report on X.
"100/100 score," he wrote. "Top 1% of all vaginas."
Johnson broke down the vaginal microbiome panel, which tests for the probiotic Lactbacillus crispatus (a "good," protective bacteria), along with "bad" bacteria that can cause frequent infections.
The post accumulated over 21 million views on X, but not without ridicule.
"Men used to go to war now they post their girlfriends vaginal stats on the internet," one user quipped.
