May 5 (UPI) -- A Maryland man made a repeat visit to state lottery headquarters to collect his second $50,000 scratch-off prize in two weeks.
The Gaithersburg man, identified only as Carlos, told Maryland Lottery officials he bought his $20 $50,000 Cash ticket from Lakeside Beer Wineon Lost Knife Road in Gaithersburg.
The ticket led him to visit Maryland Lottery headquarters on Monday to collect a $50,000 prize.
"You had me in here two weeks ago," Carlos, who showed up wearing the Maryland Lottery T-shirt he got on his first visit, told officials.
He had previously visited on April 20 to collect a $50,000 prize from a $20 Lucky 777 ticket he bought from the Shell station on Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg.
