The White House tried to create a new meme for President Donald Trump over the weekend. But as critics were quick to point out, it had one glaring flaw. The official feed on Sunday posted an image of Trump holding six Uno cards with the phrase “I HAVE ALL THE CARDS” written across it: Trump likes saying his opponents have “no cards” and has used the phrase recently against Iran. “Also, we have all the cards, they have none!” he wrote on Truth Social last month. However, the goal in most versions of Uno ― the game depicted in the White House meme ― isn’t to have all the cards. It’s to have none. As many were quick to point out on social media, having all the cards would make Trump the loser: Dear @WhiteHouse: If trump has all the cards, then why are gas prices at record levels?Oh wait, in Uno you win by not having any cards. Your social media person really should get fired. https://t.co/2JLNn73IRY— Ted Lieu (@tedlieu) May 4, 2026Trump has all the cards in a game where the objective is to be the first to get rid of all your cards. https://t.co/gaR8Ycif7d— David 'JoelKatz' Schwartz (@JoelKatz) May 4, 2026— Rich Baris THE PEOPLE'S PUNDIT (@Peoples_Pundit) May 3, 2026I don't think he's ever played Uno in his life because this is a fundamental misunderstanding of how Uno works https://t.co/mA8FEiqw1w— JaguarGator9 (@JaguarGator9NFL) May 4, 2026Close
