Car misses child by inches as it illegally passes parked school bus

This is the moment a car narrowly misses a child crossing the street in Florida after it illegally overtook a school bus. The video, released by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, shows a driver ignoring the flashing lights and warning signs of the parked school bus on April 17 and almost hitting a youngster crossing the road in Riverview. It is illegal to drive past a school bus which has its warning lights flashing. The sheriff’s office, which issued a notice of violation, branded the action “a dangerous decision that could have ended in tragedy.”
