Newport won the 2024-25 Super Rygbi Cymru final 27-18 against Ebbw Vale
Ebbw Vale got revenge over Newport to secure their place in the Super Rygbi Cymru (SRC) final with a 18-14 win.
Having been beaten by the same opponents in last year's final - and in the SRC Challenger Shield this campaign - Ebbw Vale were forced to come from behind after failing to score in the first half.
Newport forward Josh Skinner put his side ahead in the first five minutes, touching down after a dominant driving maul.
That try was the only score of the first half, as Newport took a 7-0 lead into the break.
