Telangana Government has decided to extend the Prajavani, its flagship public grievance redressal initiative, to revenue division level with immediate effect. The initiative will be extended to the mandal level in a phased manner in the coming days.
At the revenue division level, Prajavani would be conducted every Monday by the sub-collector/revenue divisional officer, designated as nodal officers, at their respective offices.

The Government has issued detailed guidelines on Thursday (April 30, 2026) for the conduct of the programme accordingly. The district level Prajavani would be conducted by the district Collector, the nodal officer at that level, every Monday at the Integrated District Offices Complex or district collectorate. The Additional Collector (local bodies) had been designated as additional nodal officer and all district level officers of each department should be present at the Prajavani to hear grievances, receive petitions and initiate immediate action for resolution.
